Exams
GCSE RESULTS NOV 2020
Your GCSE Results will be available from 9am on the 14th January 2020 via the Exams tab on your eILP. A printed results slip will also be posted to you on results day but is not likely to arrive for 2 to 3 days.
To access your results please follow the guidance below:
- Log into your eILP using your Username (WS number) and password (like you use to log onto PCs in college)
- Click on the “My ILP”
- Set the Academic Year to 2020/21
- Click on the ‘Exams’ tab on the left of your screen
- Your GCSE results for November 2020 are the ones against Board Occurrence NOVBG20
Post results services are available for students who do not feel their result matches their work.

REVIEW OF RESULTS
Please note grades can go up as well as down
SERVICE 1: CLERICAL RE-CHECK
DEADLINE 18 FEB 2021
Completed within 10 calendar days
A clerical re-check of a marked paper will make sure that:
- all pages of your script were marked
- all marks were counted
- your result matches the marks on your paper
SERVICE 2: REVIEW OF MARKING
DEADLINE 18 FEB 2021
Completed within 20 calendar days
A Review of Marking will:
- include a Clerical re-check (see above)
- a second examiner will review the paper to identify if there are any genuine marking errors or any unreasonable marking
- mark sure all the marks are counted
THIS IS NOT A RE-MARK OF YOUR SCRIPT
SERVICE 3: MODERATION REVIEW (ONLY COLLEGE CAN REQUEST)
DEADLINE: 18 FEB 2021
Completed within 35 calendar days
A moderation review will:
- check to make sure that the assessment criteria were applied fairly, reliably and consistently
PRIORITY COPY OF MARKED PAPER (ACCESS TO SCRIPTS)
DEADLINE: 28 JAN 2021
Priority Copy of Marked Paper will:
- Provide a photocopy or pdf of your marked exam paper
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU HAVE AN HE PLACE DEPENDENT ON OUTCOME USE PRIORITY REVIEW OF MARKING
